Julia Lamberth

Constantly seeking new ways to keep her creativity growing, Julia is a yoga instructor and the marketing designer and photographer/videographer for Balance Studio. She received her 200 RYT certification in 2017. Julia's pursuit of yoga began in college when she led an overactive lifestyle of being a student,runner,swimmer, artist, teacher and youth leader in college. Never sitting still for long or allowing her mind to rest, yoga became the answer to the stillness she desperately needed to maintain a healthy mind/body balance. After college, she began attending classes and continued to allow yoga to be a pivotal part of her life ever since. Julia has also had a heart for the arts and growing her creative spirit. This begin with photography when she bought her first camera at 16 years old. She opened her business in 2011 and primarily photographs weddings, portraits and commercial work. She is a member of the Professional Photographers of America. While running her business, she also graduated from Midwestern State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

Rheagan Ortega

Rheagan was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, and graduated from Rider High school. She played soccer for 2 years and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations with a minor in Spanish from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX. She is a certified AAFA Fitness Instructor who has taught Piyo, Yoga & Aquatic Aerobics for the past 3 years at MSU. She enjoys being active, teaching, reading and is passionate about impacting the lives of other people on a daily basis.

Adam Deatherage

Hi, I'm Adam. I bring a curious passion for yoga history, philosophy and poses to yoga with a constant theme of "letting go". I learned meditation at age 12. I went throught my first teacher training at Dharma Yoga in Austin Texas and my second teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institue in Baja Mexico. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance, a certified Reiki level II practitioner, a MBTI certified practitioner and hold a B.S. in Psychology. I work as an advertising consultant with the Wizard of Ads and produce and host of my own TV show. But, it's not about me, it's about you. Class is always multi-level so everyone's included, it's a serious, yet fun, moving meditation that guides you to the edge. You will leave class feeling equally energized and blissful.
An athletic, fast-paced style of yoga that focuses on building strength and achieving a cardio push for the body.  Power yoga includes emphasis on linking movement to breath as in a traditional Vinyasa practice.  This practice complements other athletic activities and fitness routines well.  Power Yoga is suited for athletic types wanting that extra push.
