This ballet inspired, core-centric class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility, and posture as you work through targeted muscle movements. Push yourself to the limit, and then find balance, as every hard-worked muscle is followed by a deep, relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels. Grip socks are required.
Sculpt: All Levels
Sculpt is high-intensity functional fitness class focused on strength and conditioning for the entire body. Sculpt includes elements of cardio, weight training, HIIT, and core to provide a unique full-body experience that varies from class to class. Students will sweat, burn calories, and build muscle in this fun and dynamic workout! Sculpt is appropriate for athletic types wanting an extra push.
