Stephanie Lundgreen instructs the following:
  • Learn to Meditate: A 4-Week Series
  • Following the opening presentation on Saturday, November 10th, Stephanie will lead students through a 4-week series of guided meditations focusing on topics such as control, intention, and happiness. This series is meant for beginners who want to learn the basics, and for more experienced meditators who are interested in exploring other meditation methods.
    Students may enroll for individual meditations, or pay a bundle price for all + the presentation.
    Sundays, 4:30 - 5:30 pm
    Week 1, 11/11 - Releasing Negative Energy
    Week 2, 11/18 - Resilience
    Week 3, 11/25 - Change
    Week 4, 12/2 - Manifesting Dreams
