Vicki began studying yoga with her teacher Suzi Zobrist over 16 years ago, on Orcas Island in Washington State. In 2009 she took the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training, traveling to Denver Colorado for the experience. A month long immersion course, filled with heart opening and soul searching. Learning from Ana Forrest, the ways Forrest Yoga is different from other styles of yoga. Strong abdominal work, longer holding in poses, working with relaxing through the head and neck, finding how to live and work authentically in your body, are just some of the gifts that Forrest Yoga has to offer!
Vicki moved to Wichita Falls, back to her husband’s hometown, in 2011. She began teaching at the original Breathe Yoga with Joanna Hirschi. In 2012, she took over the studio, moving it to it’s new home downtown. Where she has enjoyed watching & experiencing the growing yoga community here in Wichita Falls.

Flow Yoga: Level 1 & 2
A traditional Vinyasa yoga class with contemporary dynamic flow. This fluid practice links breath with movement, and balances strength with flexibility. Each teacher has their own unique style, so each Flow class delivers a different experience. All Flow Yoga classes are appropriate for some beginner students up to advanced practitioners.
