Sculpt is high-intensity functional fitness class focused on strength and conditioning for the entire body.  Sculpt includes elements of cardio, weight training, HIIT, and core to provide a unique full-body experience that varies from class to class.  Students will sweat, burn calories, and build muscle in this fun and dynamic workout!  Sculpt is appropriate for athletic types wanting an extra push.
Foundations Yoga is a modified, beginner version of our Flow Yoga class.  In Foundations, all poses are modified and  performed at a slower pace to give students time to learn poses and transitions in a way that compliments their personal level.  Students will learn how to: build poses in a way that honors the anatomy of their bodies, use modifications to get the maximum benefit from each pose, and become adept at using props to aid the yoga practice.  Foundations Yoga is suited for beginner yogis, those recovering from an injury or experiencing mobility issues, and even expecting mothers.
A gentle yoga practice that is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind.  Props are used to support all joints of the body while holding each pose for several minutes to allow the mind to relax and the body to release.  This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
A traditional Vinyasa yoga class with contemporary dynamic flow.  This fluid practice links breath with movement, and balances strength with flexibility.  Each teacher has their own unique style, so each Flow class delivers a different experience.  All Flow Yoga classes are appropriate for some beginner students up to advanced practitioners.  
An athletic, fast-paced style of yoga that focuses on building strength and achieving a cardio push for the body.  Power yoga includes emphasis on linking movement to breath as in a traditional Vinyasa practice.  This practice complements other athletic activities and fitness routines well.  Power Yoga is suited for athletic types wanting that extra push.
Deepen your understanding of yoga and it's history, philosophy, and practice in everyday life. Deep Yoga includes advanced poses, breathing, and alignment. Practicing with intention will be taught along with Sanskrit, chanting, meditation, and partner yoga. Deep Yoga is for all levels from curious beginner to advanced practitioner.
Designed to incorporate the powerhouse muscles of the body from shoulders to knees, Core Pilates is a mat Pilates class which balances high intensity core exercises with cardio and strength training. This class is designed to increase core strength and flexibility while giving you a cardio push. Core Pilates is suitable for all levels. Mats are provided.
This ballet-inspired, core-centric class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility, and posture as you work through targeted sequences derived from ballet barre exercises. Push yourself to the limit, and then find balance, as every hard-worked muscle is followed by a deep stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels. Grip socks are required. Mats are provided.
Chair Yoga offers the benefits of yoga all done from the comfort of a chair. This class will help to increase strength, flexibility, and respiration.  Other benefits of Chair Yoga include improving balance, posture, and range of motion, all without stressing or straining the joints.  Chair Yoga will also develop core strength while relieving stress, tension and anxiety. Chair yoga is ideal for those who have limited mobility and flexibility, those recovering from injuries, seniors, and women during any trimester of pregnancy.
