Learn to Meditate With our busy lifestyles and jam-packed schedules, many of us find ourselves feeling stressed and exhausted. With not enough time to get everything done, we often ignore the importance of self-care. Meditation gives us a moment to ourselves that, with practice, can lead to a feeling of inner calm, increased focus, and balance. Having a regular meditation practice helps us to take back control of our mind, turning negative thoughts into positive ones, from chaos to calm, from jumbled to clear. Stephanie will lead us through a 4-week series exploring the benefits of meditation, focusing on topics such as control, intention, and happiness. The workshop consists of an opening presentation followed by 4 guided meditations. This series is meant for beginners who want to learn the basics, and for more experienced meditators who are interested in exploring other meditation methods.

Students may enroll just for the presentation, for individual meditations only, or pay a bundle price for all.

About Stephanie Lundgreen:Stephanie is a meditation teacher, a Certified Stress Management Consultant (IACT), and a Certified Hypnotist (IMDHA). She finds joy in giving her clients the tools they need to heal and empower themselves. She has written unique guided meditations with the focus of helping people increase their self-awareness and gain clarity on why they do and think the things they do.

Following the opening presentation on Saturday, November 10th, Stephanie will lead students through a 4-week series of guided meditations focusing on topics such as control, intention, and happiness. This series is meant for beginners who want to learn the basics, and for more experienced meditators who are interested in exploring other meditation methods.
 
Students may enroll for individual meditations, or pay a bundle price for all + the presentation.

Join Chris Brogden for a special Christmas Flow based on the 12 Days of Christmas.  This Flow will include some spiritual undertones, and is open to ALL levels!  The class will be donation-based, so give what you can!  100% of the  donations will go toward supporting Emily's Legacy Rescue.  Come a few minutes early to visit with a few furry friends from the Rescue!

Join Irene Lutz and Chris Brogden for a renewing Flow to bring us into the New Year.  This class is open for ALL levels!  Students will move through a creative Flow to shake off negative energy and welcome all that is fresh and new for 2019.  Stick around after to celebrate with champagne toast to the New Year!
