Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice of wellness that aims to reduce the suffering of the body and quiet the mind. Using a combination of physical postures and breathing techniques, yoga balances both the physical and mental elements of wellbeing. The practice of yoga can be modified to fit the skill level of all students from beginner to advanced. Practicing yoga 2 or more times per week is proven to increase flexibility, improve posture, and so much more.

Barre

Barre (pronounced “bar”) is a ballet-inspired total body workout incorporating elements of mat Pilates, cardio, strength training, and ballet barre technique, contrasted with sequences of stretching to build long and lean muscle tone. Barre’s fast pace, high energy, and fun music provides students with a unique workout that leaves you feeling refreshed and empowered! Perfect for all levels - beginners are encouraged to modify and work at their own pace.

Pilates

Pilates is a core-focused fitness class that improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Classes place emphasis on breathing, alignment, and precise movements to develop a strong core and improve mobility and balance. Pilates is a perfect fit for anyone needing a low-impact practice with high-impact results.
